Gente pode alugar esse apartamento, é maravilhoso, destaque para a limpeza, segurança, localização e a vista do mar é fantástica sem falar nos proprietários que é de uma gentileza e pontualidade incrível. Sr Edvaldo e Sra Fernanda so tenho a agradecer a vcs por tudo que fizeram pela nossa família ai no Guaruja, vamos alugar mais e mais vezes. obrigado por tudo e fiquem com Deus e que Deus os Abençoe cada dia mais.

Ótimo apartamento, ótima localização, tudo em perfeito estado como realmente descreve nas características. Comporta 10 pessoas tranquilamente, com camas ótimas. Estávamos com crianças e foi super tranquilo. Edvaldo sempre atencioso conosco, fez questão de ir nos receber e mostrar o apartamento no nosso check-in. PARABÉNS pela organização, limpeza e tudo que o local nos oferece. Porteiros do prédio atenciosos, educados, barracas de praia muito boas. Superou muito nossas expectativas! Nota 10!!! Local não precisa de carro para nada, está muito bem localizado, perto de mercados, padarias, restaurantes, farmácias etc PARABÉNS!!! Com certeza voltaremos!!!
