"We stayed at the hotel with family and friends for a week to attend a wedding It was very convenient, in a safe area and is well maintained. the housekeeping staff do a great job We ate at Canto several times - Food and service is excellent During our stay there was a festival lunch in the Grand Ballroom - the buffet spread, music and service was marvellous The highlight for us was The Grand Club. Such helpful, kind and pleasant staff and a good selection of food at breakfast and cocktail hour, Only negative was that despite booking numerous rooms, an upgrade for two nights was declined, apart "

Another huge plus was the heated pool. Not every place in Rio offers this, and it made all the difference, especially on cooler days when I still wanted to swim and unwind comfortably. What really made a difference for me was the kindness and flexibility the team showed by allowing me a late check-out. It gave me the chance to fully enjoy my last day in Rio without feeling rushed, and I’m so grateful for that extra level of care.
