"Excellent property, we arrived to a spotless and well supplied and maintained villa. The location was private with gorgeous views and a lovely pool with good morning sun. The lanai provided excellent shade throughout the day.Most outstanding was the property management and service from the staff. The minor maintenance issues we saw were corrected immediately and we were provided with a wonderful maid.The property manager was very communicative and supportive both before and during our stay and our needs were met completely.A truely outstanding experience."

"We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly. Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small. We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also. We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get around. The pool was lovely and such a great way to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. "

"The host, Chris, is most accommodating and has lots of recommendations. All the amenities were as advertised. The cleaning staff came regularly and were a please to speak with. When it rains, it is for 10 minutes at most, and everything is dry 10 minutes after that. The pool was great and well maintained. Anything in the villa that needed attention was dealt with in short order. The warm Caribbean breeze blew in from the east offering a pleasant cooling from the usual high of 29C."
