Our group of five just returned from a week-long stay and we are already talking about coming back.Let’s start with the view — because nothing quite prepares you for it. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of Dawn Beach, the turquoise Caribbean Sea, and the distant silhouettes of St. Barths, Saba, and Tintamarre on the horizon. We watched the sunrise every morning from the patio with coffee in hand and it never got old.The pool is stunning — sparkling clean, perfectly sized, and positioned to take full advantage of those incredible ocean views. Sunset drinks by the pool became our favorite daily ritual. The hot tub is a wonderful bonus — perfectly maintained and the ideal spot to unwind after a long day of island exploring.The villa is incredibly spacious with a beautiful open-air design that keeps everything feeling breezy and tropical. Catherine, the housekeeper, greeted us warmly on arrival and gave us a wonderful orientation of the house. Pierre, the property manager, went above and beyond — stopping by to share his extensive knowledge of the island, pointing us to excellent restaurants and the best local shopping. We learned so much from him and it genuinely enriched our trip.Daphne is a wonderful host — communicative, warm, and clearly takes great pride in her property."

"Our host Chris was amazing. From check in to check out the process went smoothly, he was very welcoming and helpful with all of our question. The house was exactly as described. Rooms were spacious. With in suite bathroom, the kitchen is big, comfortable and very well equipped. Outdoor space is beautiful and comfortable. Cassie, our housekeeper did an excellent job of keeping the villa spotless, our beds made, towels changed, bathrooms and kitchen clean all the time. If we could give her 10 stars we will; she deserves them. Overall we had an excellent stay in villa O. Thank you Chris."

"Very spacious house. House was clean and inviting at our arrival. Above all I have to say our host Chris was excellent. He made sure we had a great time there and didn’t have to worry about anything. He helped us with finding great beaches, happening places, where to buy groceries and some of the best restaurants and made reservations for us. He is truly a great host."

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Leone - Frank was very responsivle and answered questions quickly. The property overlooks the ocean and the view and breeze is amazing. The villa had everything we needed for our stay - tons of towels and everything was very tidy.The pool was lovely - spent mornings there before we headed out to explore the beaches. Definitely need a car to get around - we were glad we had one to go exploring. Would highly recommend! "
