"When I made reservations for the room, it said breakfast for two only, I had to pay for one. I had a room in the penthouse, which was so beautiful with two bedrooms and I’m surprised I to pay for one breakfast meal."

"I’ve stayed at multiple residences (vacation rental) in multiple countries over the years. By far this was the best experience with a host I’ve had. Chris was very responsive, professional, and accommodating. Communication was beyond expectation.The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything you need was available and there is an extra refrigerator/freezer which is great for a large group.The location was private and secure. The beach was easily accessible but if you’re looking for swimming in the sea this area was too rough for us. Listening to the waves crashing was heavenly. We were not able to get in the water, but there are beautiful calm beaches close by. Having the salt air while swimming in the pool and watching the gorgeous sunrise from the patio was perfect. This place and the host are highly recommended!"

"The property is located right on the water! It is Atlantic side, so the water is very rough. The beach pictured was absolutely covered in seaweed. It smelled awful. We did not spend time at the beach within walking distance. The property was difficult to find. The GPS did not take us to the right location. Roads are not clearly marked, and the property is not clearly marked. We knew we found the property when the door code worked. The linens were provided (even beach towels). The road up to the property is has some pot holes, we should have requested a taller rental car. There were ants inside in the living room and kitchen, but they weren’t biting ants. The pool outside is beautiful and clean, we swam there daily in the evenings. The local island dogs would come visit for attention (watch your shoes and glasses)! Otherwise it was perfectly adequate and we would stay there again."

"The condo was perfect! Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable beds, and the best view possible. I never wanted to leave. The pool was never crowded and sat at the edge of a cliff with a view to die for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a high end, spacious rental."

"Everything on this property was fantastic!!! Chris was an amazing host and was so responsive and helpful! We had the best time in the pool and playing games listening to the ocean breeze! Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the property. The host, Chris, was gracious and kind. He gave us an orientation that made a difference for the rest of our vacation. He has prepared a book of points of interest including restaurants, day trips and activities, beaches and much more. All of the information had QR codes that mapped the venues for even more convenience. Cassandra was there to keep the home clean and was also helpful with her knowledge of the island. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone."

"The photos on the listing accurately show the villa. The place is stunning as is the view!The house was well stocked. The kitchen had coffee makers, air fryer, convection oven, induction stove (clear directions on how to work everything) and plenty of kitchen and serving ware. All of it in great shape. The deck and pool area was beautiful and had a beautiful view along with a gas grill. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed, great closets and a gorgeous view of the Caribbean from the shower!There was a washer and dryer, iron and clothes steamer. There was not one thing that we needed that wasn't there.A maid and pool guy stopped by in the middle of our stay which is fabulous on vacation!!Lastly, Jill was very helpful and answered texts and calls quickly.Our vacation was great and this place was a large part of it. Thank you Jill!!"
