"The pictures do not do the property justice. If you are looking for a private quiet location with a nice peaceful view, this is it. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the island in a gated community, so don't expect to walk to anything (but that is what makes it so private), there is a small shop at the bottom of the hill if you forget anything basic, otherwise there are grocery stores and restaurants within 15-20 min. The pool is great and the outdoor living area is fantastic. I definitely recommend this location for a quiet and private stay. The property manager was also phenomenal and helped with any questions and met us at the rental car location to bring us to the villa. "

Then we arrived... every thing was as it showed in the pictures - and more beautiful when you are actually standing there taking in the view and hearing only the sounds of the waves and the breeze blowing through the palms.The villa is well stocked from the kitchen, to bedding and towels, the patio and pool deck and grill options too. Truly everything we could have needed.The location is as described - the larger towns with many small towns in between are a short drive away. And you can easily walk to Dawn beach or Gibbs bay and even Guana bay.The welcome booklet also contained many great recommendations for restaurants (lunch and dinner), beaches, activities.... "Wonderful private site off the busy areas. Right next to the pool and quick walk to a beach that was almost deserted MostOf the time. Only twenty two minute drive to our favorite beach at orient bay. Would love to go back, maybe next year."
