We loved the location but the rooms are not kept up. First night we saw a roach, gratefully they moved us to another area and we got woken up by the people upstairs making naughty noises lol the staff was not helpful would not try to compensate anything. On the bright side the gym was nice buffet was delicious and parking and place felt super safe.

It had great view of the city but very noisy. Great breakfast on Sundays. Air conditioning NOT working although stated that it would be fixed within a day of our stay. Was not the case. A fan was provided. Bed sheets had some stains and towels were very old and limited. It could be a beautiful place however it needs a lot of maintenance. Jose provided excellent service very attentive to our needs within his ability to provide the service.

So everything went well with the exception of a few things. The staff failed to mention that the rooms didn’t have a real AC unit in the room. We assumed it was an AC unit until our tour guide let us know that rooms with an AC unit cost more. The other hassle was getting into our room with the provided key cards. I went over 10 times to have our room keys activated due to the fact that they can deactivate when I’m proximity to an iPhone 16 or if the cleaning lady used her key that would automatically block your key. Other than that the restaurant had an amazing staff and the dinner was well prepared. The breakfast was not so great due to the limited selection they had for their buffet.
