El Hotel vao no tenía la habitación fam disponible

El hotel no tenía la habitación familiar disponible a nuestro check in a pesar de haber reservado con varios días de anticipación lo cual nos obligó a tener que buscar una opción en el hotel estancia que son parte del mismo. Las fotografías que muestran no son del hotel vao sino de la estancia qué es el hotel contiguo donde nos hospedamos por una diferencia de precio que tuvimos que cancelar en el establecimiento. Las instalaciones son muy viejas y los drenajes son un problema que causan un olor terrible en las habitaciones, sábanas, toallas y a/c muy desgastado en malas condiciones

El hotel vao es un gancho para el hotel Estancia, el cual al llegar, las habitaciones ya están disponibles y cobran una habitación más cara, que no es ni lujosa, y está descuidada. Las recepcionistas no fueron amables.

Esta en remodelación

Llegue alrededor de las 2pm aún no tenían la hab(entendible y no tuve problema) me fui y deje dicho que regresaría ya noche, cuando regresé como a las 11pm me comentaron que no tenían ya habitaciones, les expliqué y me hicieron esperar algo de tiempo, me entregaron una habitación estupenda aunque no tenía cable ni teléfono ni controles y no llegaba la señal de internet, los colchones estaban así o más cómodos los adore, y las instalaciones de esa habitación eran muy bonitas, ya que creo que era la única remodelada, no me molesto que careciera de los servicios porque solo iba a dormir y salir temprano al otro día pero para la personas que van de vacaciones y se quedarían a pasar un rato agradable en la alberca igual y si.

The pics they are displaying in Expedia don’t belong to this hotel, belongs to the hotel estancia next to it, and apparently is the same owner, the rooms doesn’t have telephone, smells humidity and the bed sheets doesn’t cover the mattress are too small , the worst hotel I ever been
