Liked: Cleanliness
For the price it was not bad. the room was clean the staff was friendly. needs some repairs in the inside the room I stayed. the only bad thing was going up of stairs with luggage.
We found the location was just perfect! Being in a central area and being able to walk everywhere and see all the beautiful historic buildings was great!
I really like the fact they take care of good customers care . And they don’t have any problem with anything very nice and never trying to sale you anything. I really enjoyed
Dirty, mold in the rooms, noisy beds, no parking (however Expedia shows free parking), extremely hot, no air conditioning.
The breakfast was good enough.
The hostel is not only conveniently located but also boasts a charming and comfortable atmosphere within a beautiful old building.
The beds are incredibly cozy, and the shared rooms are spacious enough for guests to move freely.
The real highlight of this hostel, however, is its exceptional team. Sebastián and Cuca both deserve special recognition for their friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
For solo travelers visiting Guadalajara for the first time, I highly recommend this place.
The other guests are equally cool, making for an enjoyable atmosphere that is both welcoming and vibrant
I lost my passport when I drop off hostel in Uber. Receiptionist helped actively, such as taxi call and contacting Uber driver. Even if Uber driver came hostel to bring my passport voluntarily, Employee helfed to find it. I appreciated her. Hostel's system was perfect, in dining room, bath room to make guests comfortable. I recommend my friends to visit aggressively. Thanks.
The place it’s nice option. First time staying a hostel and this was a great place to experience I enjoyed the people and the atmosphere. They have something to do in day time and nights that makes it worth the trip.
Premises is pretty old. But also things like the bathroom not having hooks to hang clothes/towels, low water pressure in the shower, no chilled drinking water, no elevator to bring heavy baggage upstairs, sunken and stained communal furniture. Dark kitchen area, and also the community vibe barely exists in the commons area
Place is a wonderful for meeting people. They have a lot of activities. However they only had one working sink for the men. The showers were dirty and bathroom wasn’t clean. Also at night there was a mosquito bite
Everything was quite nice esp.the friendly staff. It was quite noisy all day long.Hard to sleep at night.Plus the mattresses need to be replaced. Too thin and lumpy. Hurt my back and hips. I had to use a blanket under me to make bed softer.Overall rhe hostel is very good.
