La habitación está hermosa, la hacienda muy bonita, las áreas comunes también. El personal amable, todo limpio. Sin embargo, el restaurante no está abierto el periodo de tiempo que dice en Expedia. Solo es comida y te dan a escoger entre 2 platillos. No hay room service y nos tocó que tenían un evento y en la cena nos ofrecieron algo ligero. Es mejor aclarar ese punto.

La actitud del personal de la recepción es terrible. Al indicar que requería factura, cobraron el iva sobre el costo ya pactado, apesar de que el desgloce ya indicaba que el costo incluia el impuesto, terminaron cobrandome 1824 + iva... y no me dieron la factura. Muchos zancudos y que el baño esté fuera de la habitación sí es algo incomodo.

Quiero el reembolso de una noche ya que nos tuvimos que retirar La reserva que hice fue de una habitación estándar con cama queen pero esa habitación de la reservación tiene el baño fuera de la habitación ( no lo mencionas cuando reservas ) La habitación que me dieron era mitad de tamaño y con cama matrimonial. Con el colchón vencido y hundido por lo cual no pudimos dormir
