Hotel needs some improvements in their rooms: Paint, shower faucets, etc. The maid service is corteus but a bit loud while performing their duties.The only two elevators they have, are used all the time by guests and by people working at the hotel and that makes them slow and crowded. The hotel is conveniently located. Beds and pillows are comfortable.

We went for Valentine's Day and my husband had called them before we arrived asking if they can set up a floral arrangement for our arrival as a surprise. And they set up such a beautiful arrangement with candles that had my name and balloons all over the room it was amazing and i was so surprised and itvwas so nice that they did that. Or room was cool tool. We had a suite so all the walls were windows and you can see the nightly skylight so pretty. It does get hot during the however if you leave them up just a heads up. Accross the street theres a bunch of restaurants. They all closed early on sunday nigt which we though was wierd too. Pretty centrally located. Most our uber rides were all 5 to mins mins.

Lo que más me gustó fueron los ventanales grandes y las vistas que se pueden admirar, así como la cama, muy cómoda!; lo malo por decir algo, fué un día que no me dejaron papel para el baño; sugerencia: deberían poner una plancha de mejor calidad y algo que se me hizo raro fué que la habitación no contara con un frigobar, lo demás todo excelente, sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme en el.
Poder tener abiertas las cortinas con estas vistas me encantó

Muy mala experiencia; habitación sucia, no salía agua caliente, no funcionaba la secadora de pelo, las toallas tenian muchas manchas amarillas muy desagradables, desapareció mi neceser con productos personales y después de quejarme con gerencia me lo entregaron el día siguiente. No recomiendo este lugar, hay muchos mejores por la misma zona.
