It was clean, the staff were nice. Pool was kept warm and heated, no complaints other than the train but if you’re anywhere near a deep sleeper you’ll be fine. Not much to walk around to though, taking an uber is definitely required.
Shops and other amenities close by. Hotel is on major highway which makes it awkward but the hotel itsel is very pleasant with an especially nice central garden.
The hotel was more thank I expected. The carpet and furniture appeared to be new. The room was super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful too. The pool is heated which made our vacation even more enjoyable. I highly recommend.
All good.

I really want to give this place a better rating. It has nice peace to it in the garden area in the middle of a busy city, the pool was great and the front yard area is actually quite beautiful.
The problem we run into is, unfortunately this Hotel is literally about 10-20 feet from the city train tracks. So, if you are okay with getting woken up at least twice a night from a train passing that literally blares it's horn for 10 min non stop as it passes then be my guest. For me once was enough and I will be going to other locations in the future. The room was really nice but the toilet in our room had some issue where the water would slowly leak out of the seal from the top portion to the bottom portion so about avery 30 min to an hour you would here the toilet start going off as if someone had flushed it because the water was slowly draining out of the top. Let me tell you, that will also definitely help your sleep. Anyway that was my experience, not to amazing.
The room was good and clean. Had parking up close to your room. Only thing was the service from the restaurant was very slow and didn’t know how to do their job. Had to constantly ask the waitress for everything I had already ordered because she forgot. Plus they charge 10% to walk outside to the pool area to take your order and deliver it all at once. We sat there for 30 minutes with no drink. Apparently they charge each time to walk outside which is probably 20 steps. The food wasn’t bad though just considering eating somewhere else.
Pool was under construction. Pipes in the room had a bad smell. Shower would fill up with water. Curtain would not roll up. WiFi went out on the first day and was not fixed. Key card kept deactivating after room was cleaned each time. Front desk kept blaming me. Some items weren’t replaced when room service came. A loud train behind the hotel kept waking our family up all night.
The staff was very nice and helpful! We got there in the morning, but the hotel was full and couldn't accommodate early check-in, so they kept our bags and completed the registration while we went out to do a tour. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious!
