"I booked a night through Expedia at Microtel Inn in Kingsland Ga and we checked in late during the night and the overnight lady was very fast and easy to work with . No issues at all ! The following day we decided to extend our stay since we checked in so late and I did that again with Expedia and I let the housekeeper know which was extremely nice and also helpful and she advised me to let the front desk know just in case so I went up there and spoke to the lady and when I tell you she was so rude. The housekeeper explained room such and such will be staying over snd immediately the front desk lady said no I have to check this or that and I knew I had already booked and paid for it so she rudely asked did you already make a reservation and I said yes and she said for the same type of room and I said yes and she said this will be your last time staying with us very nasty. She really needs to be a bit more kinder and maybe be taught how to handle situations,however, I just said ok have a good day ! Now the 2nd shift lady Michelle she is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I love her attitude and she was just super kind. I’m glad she worked and made up for the first shift lady and the bad part is a lot of the people who work there said the morning shift lady is always like that and not to take it personally, but my gosh if your working in customer service and dealing with people learn how to speak to them especially when you’re nothing but an employee. Yall need more Michelle’s ☺️"

"Our room was clean, and the staff were great! They were always greeting us with a smile and being polite when we needed anything. We loved having such easy access to the beach and everything else on the island. My family and I would definitely return to this hotel!"

"Positives: Loved the amenities! Loved the bar, and the incredible access to the beach. The ability to ride bikes for free was nice and the cabanas were very relaxing. I don't have kids, but I loved the activities that were lined up for children involvement. The pool was remarkable and the bed is comfy. Not so positives: The TV channels kept blurring, The patio furniture provided had bugs and webs all over it. The back patio had webs all over it as well. There were multiple webs found in the curtains by the AC (inside the room) and near the corners of the front door(inside the room). The bathroom shower had mildew all around the base of it and the shower head had lots of limescale build up on it. Upon entering the room, there is a bit of a chemical cleanser and mildew smell in the air. Overall experience: Really enjoyed my overall trip. With a cleaner bathroom and stronger pests control this could easily be a 10 out of 10. I don't have any photos of the problem areas but I did take a few lovely scenery pics just steps away from my hotel back door ."
