"It needed to have more amenities. Too limited to only shampoo/body wash and hand soap. That was it. What about conditioner, body lotion. Sampoo and body wash separate. Q-tips, etc"

"Why too many weddings with loud music till 10:30 most evenings. Many of the restaurants were closed. On some evenings only 2 of 5 were open. They no longer cook lunches outside. That used to add variety to the food. Also the no longer cook outside for the morning buffet with selections of coffees. Before Hyatt they always had a greater variety of restaurants open. Now it is not so special."

Amazing staff, clean rooms, very friendly. It's going to be difficult for me to go to any other resort other than this one"

"Fun pools. My kids loved the little pool with the slide. The rooms are big but a little outdated. Staff was overall good. The main issue is the food. It is terrible and we ate out sometimes to avoid the food. No poolside snacks which is hard with little kids/ it’s nice to sit on your lounge chair and be able to order food. The pool drinks were good and the bartenders were really nice. We had a nice time but the food is a major issue."
