Parking lot wasn’t safe

Rooms are very spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable

I liked the location as it is very close to the pier for Princess Cruise Lines, and I was taking a cruise. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The downside to this property is that it really needs a refurbishment. Hallways and rooms are pretty worn out: bathroom fixtures need replacing. Another downside for me was that I couldn't seem to get the automated payment to work in the little shop on-site: I had somehow forgotten my toothpaste and was trying to get my Visa card to work in the reader: there is no one manning this shop, it's all automated. Staff were helpful for both the check-in and check-out. Shuttle reservations were easy and the shuttle was prompt. Meals are rather pricey for what they are: I had both dinner and breakfast in the dining room. However, it was handy. I would stay again, but I hope next time the refurbishment has occurred.

The bartenders were all fantastic. The carpet in our room was torn and needs mending. Beware, the valet and overnight parking is $52.00 a night. Across the street is $6.00. Overall we had a nice stay and will go back.
