Newly renovated. Simple but nice. Didn't feel like a motel.

The room I had was very disappointing. The AC barely worked and the room felt humid and stuffy most of the time regardless of what I set the thermostat to. The shower floor had dark stains on it and there was a baby roach in it when I first arrived. There was also a lot of rust that had accumulated around the shower base and near the bathroom door hinge. The comfort of the bed was the one plus. You check in with a virtual agent through a kiosk. A little strange, but it was quick and easy. Even the location is super convenient for me based on where I need to get when I visit LA, I can’t see myself staying here again.

Beautiful rooms with a view of the ocean! Very professional service. So convenient to the pier and so much fun stuff. We had a wonderful time.

I loved everything about it!
