Place was very clean, receptionist very friendly, location wise was very central and close to all amenities. I was there for work, and if I ever go back to Griffith I would stay at the same place.

We stayed two nights at the Griff Motel in September 2023. The room was newish and modern, nicely furnished with very comfortable bed. The kitchenette was small with the sink doubling as a bathroom wash basin. The small fridge had no freezer so we had to purchase ice. The location is excellent just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disappointing stay
I won’t be staying again. I’m so disappointed as I’ve stayed here previously but this time it was like the neighbours were in my room. I didn’t get a wink of sleep as their TV was so loud until the early hours as the walls are so paper thin. I could even hear the gentleman on the phone! I was staying there before a big event and I left super early as I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Reception staff was absolutely lovely however and the room itself was comfy and clean.

Excellent location and value for money for the 2 bedroom apartment. Staff at check in Excellent. Would definitely book and stay again when in Griffith. You could see quality in apartment in furnishings and fittings

Very clean and reasonably modern. No complains apart from the lack of staff on site. It can be noisy depending on your 'neighbours'.

Property is modern, clean and safe. Pillows and bed were better than other hotels. Towels are soft. The only thing that we don't like is the procedure of check-in. Other hotels just send you the code for easy check-in, but, the Griff Motel, you need to call them before your arrival and the guy that answered my call needs my credit card information, including the security 3 digit code which I'm not comfortable and since I already paid for the room already, I'm not expecting that my credit card details will be asked over the phone before opening your gate for us. You need to consider that your guests will be tired of going around the tourists area and there's no mobile phone signal in regional areas. Thank you and we hope that the management will do something to improve their check-in procedures.

We arrived after reception had closed, but we were given the codes to access the property and our room, all good. The room was compact but had everything we needed and very clean and contemporary. Staff were extra helpful when I realised I had left some clothes in the wardrobe!! Position is great too.

Great room but tricky to find the entrance. The hotel it’s attached to is closed so needed to call reception to enter. Once that was organised it was all good. Close to many eateries whatever your choice
