"I have been in Victoria hotel 3 times. I do like the location near to the main station. The staffs are very helpful on luggage deposit even though I came early before the Check In time. They also helped to provide the electric adapter and tape to fix the broken wheel of the luggage. I strongly recommend this hotel in Basel."

"We were welcomed warmly by staff and walked to our room with information and explanations along the way. Room was large, nice and bed was comfortable. Easy walk to our cruise boat dock. Easy walk to tram and bus stop. Staff was helpful with directions. Coffee available for purchase in the morning if not purchasing breakfast buffet. Wonderful stay in Basel. "

"This is a very centrally located hotel in Basel, adjacent to the SBB train station and across the street from a variety of city trams. This makes getting to anyplace in the area very easy. The hotel was comfortable, had a good breakfast, and was clean. The bathrooms are large relative to the room. My only complaint was the pillows--would be nice to have something that had shape. But al in all, I would definitely stay here again."
