"When I made the reservation, I noted that we wouldn’t be checking in til early in the morning. I even called the hotel to let them know. The hotel did not note our reservation and marked us as a no show so our reservation wasn’t there when we got to the hotel. The hotel manager worked with us to get us a new reservation and even let us in the room early so we could get some rest. The manager went above and beyond to help us. "Clean and close to the mall and restaurants"

"The room was nice and a great size, but I could hear someone snoring Nextdoor and the person upstairs was walking like they had clogs on. I felt like I was sleeping with someone snoring, but I was alone with my dog. The walls in hotels should have noise insulation. I haven’t stayed at a hotel in so long though, maybe I’m spoiled. Or maybe the person wearing the clogs should be quieter. Ppl were in the hall too sometimes with speaker phone on. Rude. As if"
