From the onset, our stay was amazing. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff so very, very nice and attentive. Our room was super comfortable and very clean. The morning breakfast was terrific! And, all this in walking distance from beautiful downtown Greenville. Definitely will stay here again!!

The room was clean and the shower was a nice size, did not feel cramped. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were small and not very comfortable. The breakfast was okay, seemed kida cheap for the type of hotel. We did enjoy the closeness to downtown and that everything was in walking distance.

The location was great and the hotel was clean and our room was fairly spacious but nothing about this hotel warranted the high price we paid. The hotel I wanted to book was full so we tried the Hampton but no comparison to Spring Hill Suites downtown.

This was an ideal location. Close enough to Main Street without being right in the heart of it. The river and riverwalk right outside the door, with the Falls Park right around the corner....and superior food options, all within walking distance of 10 minutes or less. Can't wait to go back, wonderful weekend getaway destination!

Pros: Room, Commons áreas, all very clean and well maintained. Excellent location- close to everything in downtown. Staff friendly enough and accommodating. Cons: Water pressure in shower is abysmal. Must pay for parking in city garage, upside is it’s only 7 dollars for 24 hours if you’re a guest.

Really great location and staff was kind. However, the breakfast did not any bread/waffle/bagel nor cereal options for gluten free. The staff said the oatmeal was gluten free but it isn't because I checked the brand.
