We had a great time, very close to eating and shopping. The amenities were very helpful and we felt the area was very safe. We had an issue with getting a ticket even though we paid for parking but it was taken care of within an hour!

Great location to everything you need and want without a ton of traffic. Parking was available during the week. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities that we needed. Provided a few laundry pods, dish soap and paper towels. Did need a couple more blankets and dish cloth but we made due. Checkin and checkout very easy-keep your emails with the information because you need all the codes to come and go. Text support was very helpful for me, to confirm anything I needed as I was nervous about not being able to find a parking place in downtown GVL. It was all so simple and I wasted time worrying about it. Go and enjoy the city and the Mint House. We’ll be back.

Location is awesome and the cost is very good given you get a full kitchen. Property is somewhat dated and the bed in particular is very low to the ground (no box spring) with too soft a mattress.

My husband and I stayed at this place for the first time. We loved it, location was perfect, walking distance to Falls Park, downtown, restaurants and greenway. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back. The only issue that we had was the check in process, it was a little confusing.

The room was very clean with one exception. We found cockroaches in the bathroom the first night. Management responded that they would treat the problem the next day. They did not. They did offer a 10% discount on another stay. Money off this stay would have been more appropriate. It’s unfortunate because the location was great. Probably would not return due to the pest issue not being resolved.
