The reception staff at check in and the concierge made us feel very welcome with a lovely glass of Prosecco and a tour of the hotel. We booked a junior suite with hot tub that was really spacious and clean. We ate in both the cocktail bar and their Thai restaurant Mizumi and both were exceptional. Every staff member that we encountered couldn’t do enough for you and always with a smile. Will definitely be back and highly recommend."
