We had a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, very central. Staff very attentive and helpful.

Excellent service, the room was lovely, only thing I can fault for the room was the bed was too hard for my back but other then that it is an excellent hotel with lovely staff

I’m always impressed with the aesthetic of the rooms. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the only problem I had was that the bed sheet was torn at the foot of the bed and when I brought this up with the staff they offered to fix it straight away. I left them to fix the bed sheet, however upon my return, the bed sheet was still in the condition I found it in (torn). I then brought this up with the front desk who offered me a free upgrade as there was no housekeeping available at that time. I was thoroughly impressed with how they dealt with the decision. Overall I had a great stay and the Alan is my go to hotel for when I’m in Manchester. I would highly recommend it.
