Step into your wonderful new abode, where you will discover a tastefully-presented, open-plan living space, featuring a wood burning fireplace,a fully-equipped kitchen housing sleek appliances that can be used to rustle up delicious, home-cooked dinners.

Savour your meals with your loved ones at the dining table, before you settle down on the plush corner sofa to enjoy a film on the Smart TV (NetFlix&Amazon Prime) as you plan the rest of your getaway.

The space
The apartment is newly renovated with a modern contemporary finish, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room space with 55” HDTV (NetFlix & Amazon Prime).

1st Floor entire floor and one level. Open plan Kitchen-Dining-Living Room with plenty of light & airy space.

Due to size of the property, we can only accommodate maximum 2 well behaved dogs. Any special requests, please send messages before booking.

Two bedrooms in either 1 x Couple + 2 Singles OR 2 x Couple Configuration

Main Bedroom: 1 x King Bed Only
Second Bedroom: 2 x Single Beds OR 1 x King Bed

Single modern bathroom with a good powerful shower.

All skincare and house cleaning products used are certified organic & eco-friendly. Laundry is done using SUMA eco products. Our goal is to provide clean home with clean conscience. Breakfast provided are mostly organic, teamed with local and home-made produce.

Wood burning fireplace. Cute patio decked with a small bistro table and chair to enjoy you breakfast or afternoon refreshing beverage! Over looking views to Nine Standards Rigg to the East and the Kirkby Stephen main Church grounds to the West.

Fabulous property

We stayed one night here with our pup and wished it could have been longer. It's a lovely property in a perfect location. The hosts have made it feel cosy and welcoming, with lots of lovely touches.

Lovely clean apartment, friendly beautiful village and surrounding area. Extremely dog friendly!

Lovely apartment, room enough for a family and even the Labrador felt at home. Excellent location by the church, parking and using the facilities were hassle free. Walks by the river and countryside just a few minutes away by foot and paw, many choices for pubs, restaurants and cafes or a short drive out for other options within easy reach. Couldn’t have asked for more, stocked with welcome gifts and comfort, clean and full of nice to have (plus easy to use) tech too. Home from home with a lot of thought gone into what a family, couple or pooch may need!

This property was absolutely spot on. Traditional building but with lovely modern interior with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of nice little welcoming touches from the hosts too especially in the kitchen with bread, milk and lots of other things being provided which was a lovely surprise. Area very quiet but also very close to local amenities. Would definitely recommend.

We love Muddy Boots

This was the most lovely flat we have stayed during our trip through the UK. It was cosy, super clean and very modern. We‘ve tried to encounter every detail. It seemed impossible. There were so many. The love of our hosts for there guests on two and four legs was noticeable. The dog enjoyed her treats and so did the humans. Not only Moody Boots was perfekt but also the surroundings. A very lovely countryside and a nice little city as well. A definitive recommandation. Thank you very much. We hope to visit again. Best wishes from Germany

Short Stay

Absolutely wonderful property and we would definitely recommend. We did not get chance to visit the town as we were visiting for a wedding but the town looks lovely with lots of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The property was spotlessly clean and modern. We also had treats left, which were greatly appreciated. Communication and instructions were all clear. Thank you very much, five stars all round.
