Book a Greater Antilles Cottage

"When arriving to the hotel we were early so we went for lunch. Upon entering there was a sour smell from maybe old mop water. Throughout the stay the smell lingered in different areas. Our room toilet was broken half the trip which required us to constantly work and fix it. We saw the cleaning personnel and they did a great job cleaning so we weren’t sure where the gap was. On the finals night of the trip we saw a roach in our room. The staff were pleasant and always willing to help. I just feel like maybe the facility itself is underfunded."

"Loved the pools, the beach, the food, and the rooms were beautiful! We had a suite that looked newly renovated and was spacious with a lovely dining area and kitchenette. Great location with local food within walkable distance. Would stay again! "

"Everything was absolutely smooth and perfect. I enjoyed myself. I booked the platinum suite so major of my check in process was fast track. I got an orientation of the property and suite. The butler that was assigned to me was really helpful. Checking out wasn’t an issue either. Booking the Platinum service got me some advantages like exclusive bar and buffet service."

"The facility is beautiful, but the food is very lackluster. Clean rooms, beautiful beach, and the staff was very good. The only thing is was the food was not good. They cut corners on quality, and they do not no what seasoning is."
