"There were a lot of renovations going on so the appearance was only 4 rather than 5 star. We stay over from Wednesday night into Thursday so half of the dining choices were closed since they are only open on Friday - Sunday. Lighting in the bathroom should have been brighter. The non-window room with a king size bed and large couch was clean and orderly. For a bed intended to sleep a couple, it should have included 4 pillows instead of the 3 provided. We didn’t bother to call the front desk for a 4th pillow. One of us just slept with one pillow. We can state that the staff throughout the facility were friendly and helpful. So they deserve our thanks."

"My stay at the Motto was very good. The cafe in the lobby was very convenient I loved it! I had happy hour at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. My only complaint was that the air conditioner in my room was noisy. The maid service was great, they returned in the afternoon if I was still in the room in the morning. Overall I was pleased and will stay there again another time."
