"Had a lovely stay Breakfast was excellent . Only negative was we where in room 111 . Which was ideal for breakfast was not so easy to get to as reception didn't tell us you had to go up to floor five walk to the end of the corridor and go into lift down to floor one . Otherwise you had to go up and down stairs to get to the room which is not ideal when you have cases."

"We stayed here for one night for my daughter's birthday. The location is brilliant for various sightseeing activities and we got a cab to the West End for a show. The hotel was really lovely and the staff very helpful. They had accidentally left a complimentary bottle of fizz in the room for someone else and when I called them about it they said I was very welcome to keep it, which was a nice touch. We paid for a room with a nice view (London Eye, Big Ben etc), which was definitely worth it. The room itself and bathroom were lovely. The hotel very helpfully has a place for you to arrive earlier in the day and store your suitcase so you can go sightseeing. The only downside was that when we came back at the official check in time, the room was not ready and we had to sit around for a long time waiting - not ideal. Overall, a very nice one night stay."

"CitizenM Hotel in London was everything it was advertised to be and more. The room was very modern, comfortable, and high tech and the breakfast was great! It is also close to major attractions, souvenir shops, and restaurants. That said, this is your place to stay when visiting London!"
