"Good service "

"Everything was pretty nice except the beds were terrible! None of us slept well at all! They definitely can use new mattresses. Also there were no recycling containers available anywhere. The fact that you need to go to a completely different location just to check in could have been mentioned at time of booking and an address given. Food was very, very expensive!"

"First class: Greeters were attentive and very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Grounds/Garden area is very beautiful and well maintained. Amenities were abundant. Highly recommend a stay here!"

"When we arrived there was no one to check us in. Once checked in went to room. Minutes later a person came to our door and opened it thinking it was his room. They had given our keys mistakenly to him. So they canceled all keys. We took a walk hit back and couldn’t enter our room. Had to go down to desk to get new keys. They did comp us $25 dinner coupon at their restaurant. "

"This is a great place to stay! We came for Automotion and the price was reasonable for what we got. The waterpark is very nice. The food is great, and the staff were all very kind. We will definitely stay here again"

"Every room was well cleaned. The property was well kept. 2 areas of concern, was a weak Wi-Fi which kept turning itself off. And I thought our stay came with provided breakfast. We did not receive any free breakfast. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Resort. Everything was to our liking. If I had to suggest something, it would be lake access for guest from the shuttle. We wanted to see the lake but only found private places to view from. And also there wasnt any local shopping. Overall it is a very nice getaway. We loved it. "
