"We always stay at the Royal York when in Toronto. The rooms and staff are always perfect and in the winter we always have great options for room service dining....although we did miss seeing the fish and chips on the menu this past visit. A stopover at the York is always a great finishing touch to our travels. Next visit will be this April for a game at Scotiabank Arena, can't wait!"

"The room was perfect for my birthday weekend my husband planned for me on our business trip turned celebration from Florida. The thoughtfulness and detail of the birthday gestures was so well executed. Kudos to the amazing staff. From being greeted at the door, bellhop service, and the wonderful hospitality team. Beautiful clean hotel and wonderful staff that takes pride in welcoming their guests. Also, you will not be disappointed with the breakfast buffet, they do it right. Thanks Hotel Riu Chicago! "The room was clean and well organized. We noticed the coffee maker was not working and after calling the guest services it was replaced within minutes. Excellent customer service in every department from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeper. The only issue we had was that the parking ticket was not updated and it caused a issue with one of the other guests leaving behind us and was extremely angry at us and almost caused a altercation. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and offered a great view of the city. It was very spacious, and the bathroom was large and stocked with all the amenities we needed. It even included a bathrobe, which was a nice touch. The room also came with two complimentary water bottles (as indicated by a sign) and complimentary coffee pods; everything else was available for purchase. We used the valet service and would recommend requesting your vehicle ahead of time, especially during busy periods, as it can take a little while for them to bring it up. Overall, it was a great experience!"
