"We were offered a room upgrade at check-in, which we agreed to (for a better view of the Falls). The room we were assigned wasn't as described by the front desk staff. We discussed it with them and were quickly reassigned to a beautiful 2 bedroom (both king beds) and a whirlpool tub. For our inconvenience, they comped 1 night of parking and gave us some complimentary cocktails. Nearly all the staff was exemplary. The only negative interaction we had was with 2 female bartenders. We stopped to use our complimentary drink tickets, sat at a table and no one waited on us or directed us. Another table of women nearby stated they had waited for 15 minutes with no staff attention, despite the fact that there were 2-3 people behind the bar not waiting on anyone. They seemed annoyed when we approached them to ask for drinks and rudely explained that there were restrictions on the types of alcohol we could get."
