Located in a secure residence with elevator, it includes: an entrance hall, a living room (dining area, sofa bed, TV) opening onto a balcony, a kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Private laundry room on the landing (washing machine, dryer). Private underground parking. Pets are not allowed. No smoking.

L' appartement confortable est situé à 300 m du centre ville et des commerces. Très lumineux et face au coucher du soleil. Parking spacieux

Ravi de notre séjour, avec une belle météo, au top. Le Mont Saint Michel, le cimetière américain et les plages du débarquement, beau et émouvant. La cote est sublime, l'archipel de CHAUZEY et en particulier l'ile de CHAUZEY est un délice visuel. Cancale, saint Malo, la pointe du Grouin,... MAGNIFIQUE Notre seul regret est d'être venus sur une semaine de mortes eaux !! Nous aurions bien aimé assister a une grande marée .........!!! La solution est d'y retourner dès que possible. Une vrai semaine de vacances!!

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben im Inserat, leider auch der kleine Balkon. Die Wohnanlage aus den 80-ziger Jahren könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen, insbesondere die Flure zu den Wohnungen und die Wohnungseingangstüren. Der eigene Stellplatz in der TG und die wunderbare Aussicht haben dafür entschädigt.

L’emplacement est idéal et bien adapté pour deux personnes. Par contre problème de gestion car géré par des professsionnels, pas d’acceuil, pas d’état des lieux à la fin de la location, le nettoyage est plus que limite et les chiens semblent admis car on a retrouvé des croquettes et des poils de chien un peu partout. Cet appartement mériterait un bon coup de propre.

Appartement spacieux, calme, beaucoup de clarté, avec tout le confort, très bien situé, à 600 mètres du centre ville, et surtout avec une vue inoubliable sur la mer !!!
