Every time I come to Columbus this is the hotel I stay in. It's a great hotel and I love the little coffee Cafe too. The rooms are always clean and the people that check you in are always friendly too.

Aloft Columbus University District
the room was not super clear but you could hear everything going on in the rooms above you and next to you. every time they flushed their toilet or took a shower it was like you were right next to them

The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capital Square
We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.
