"This stay was for our 10th anniversary. The cabin was fantastic. We loved the hot tub and the privacy. We had an issue where VRBO didn’t send us the the cabin number and correct code. We ended up arriving at 2am due an emergency delay in our trip. We contacted VRBO and they contacted our host. We felt bad for waking him at 2am, but he was able to give us the information we needed. "The cadin was what I expected. True to the pictures. It was very clean. I chose this place to get closer to God and that was what i got. My only suggestion to the property's owners is that the screening around the porch be fixed. It let in some yellow jackets and a couple got in the house. Would not be good if somebody staying there got stung and was allergic to them. Overall, I would go back."

"Property is located on a hill in the woods so very quiet. Parking was limited but close to cabin. Cabin is functional but a bit dated. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is outstanding if you are traveling for New River Gorge activities. While pet friendly, you are asked to crate them If you leave them alone in the residence so plan ahead. Check in was easy and owners were very nice. If you are going as a group for park activities, this place is great."
