"We have stayed at baymont's in Grand rapids and they have been nicely updated, nice pools along with a hot tub and a decent breakfast. This place was the opposite. Breakfast was stale with very few choices. Outdated rooms. Staff was very rude. The tub had chipped paint, elite and dripped making noises all night. The pool was shut down even was advertised that it had a pool and hot tub but they just use that room for storage. Definitely will not be back to this place."

Only issue we had and it’s not even an issue but the carpet was pulling and frayed in the room where it met the tile but really a nuance kind of thing. Will absolutely stay there again!"
