"My husband and I stayed in the Annex Building of the property, which is the older section and no elevator. We had a second level room and had to carry our heavy luggage up the wooden stairs. The second time we were there, we had a first level room, which was much easier for us, however, the carpeting in the room was filthy, the clock on the nightstand wasn't plugged into the wall, we couldn't access certain channels on the T.V. and the vending machine, near the ice machine would not accept money and was not working! Breakfast was good, but not enough seating. The staff was pleasant. Other than the issues listed above, it was a nice stay. Next time, we will spend a little more to upgrade our room."

"Nice home. Clean & stocked with everything you need! The kids had a blast on the kayaks. It’s a nice peaceful spot on the river. Jamie was very accommodating and even offered us an extra day when the weather didn’t want to cooperate. Thanks again! We’ll be back!"

"Our stay in this house was great! Our family which included our children & grandchildren enjoyed the house and the outdoor area. Such a clean, spacious house with everything you would need for your stay. Close drive to Holland & Grand Haven. Would definitely like to come back next year!!"

"Great property and very clean. Very buggy, hard to even use the outdoor space (hot tub, patio) because you would get swarmed with bugs. Opening the door led the bugs to come inside because there was no screens."

"The house was very clean. The property is so peaceful. We loved watching the cows and alpaca. Also, the host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The farm fresh eggs they have at shop at the entrance of the property (The Chicken Bacon Ranch) were used to make some delicious breakfasts to start our day."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Lake Michigan View House. The house can accommodate a large party, although ours ended up being only 4. The home is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with beautiful views of Lake Michigan, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.One of our favorite features was the access to the private community beach. The location is also ideal for exploring the area, with several county and state beaches just a short drive away. We also enjoyed the nearby wooded walking trails, which were perfect for morning and evening walks.The location is also ideal for exploring West Michigan. Both Grand Haven and Holland are about 20 minutes away, offering great restaurants, shopping, waterfront parks, and charming downtownsIf you’re looking for a comfortable, tranquil getaway with easy access to the lake and nature, this is a fantastic choice. We’d gladly stay here again."

"This property was in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and it was situated in the back yard of the owner's house right next to the pool. The first level had a small kitchen with a table and chairs with two additional upholstered chairs that were comfortable for sitting and reading a book. The 2nd level was a large loft with a queen bed and an additional piece of furniture that could be used as a bed. The host was very responsive to any of our questions, and we appreciated that we could bring our dog. We liked the small-town feeling that was only 30 minutes from Grand Rapids where you can explore a bigger city. We also visited Holland and Muskegon while we were there and enjoyed those cities."

"My wife and I stayed here for 6 weeks while I was working on a project.Glen the VRBO host/owner was very nice and very accommodating. The place is set up real nice, and the sound system is very sweet. The road is a little noisy, but the comforts of the VRBO made that very tolerable. I would definitely stay here again, as it was very comfortable, and never did I feel intruded upon. This VRBO has a very nice, updated kitchen, the main bathroom/shower is very nice and well done. There are a few hidden items in the place that we were encouraged to seek out (very fun). All in all, this is the best VRBO experience I have encountered and recommend anyone looking for a countryside VRBO near Grand Rapids reserve this VRBO. 10 out of 10 rating!!"
