"Had a confirmed booking and was charged however I never received any information on how to check into the property. I arrived at the property and no one was there for me to check in. I messaged the owner on the VRBO app and never received a response. After traveling several hours to stay at this property I had to scramble to make other arrangements for the weekend. VRBO customer service to resolve this and provide a refund is atrocious and have been no help."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! You can walk into town for shopping and meals. The boardwalk is close where you can walk all the way to the lake if you’d like! Fully stocked kitchen where we made breakfast every morning. The couch is actually a futon that folds down. My son found it quite comfortable! Overall a great experience! Would definitely stay here again."
