"We really enjoyed the resort. This resort is not your typical place. Since it is an eco resort the whole place is even more enjoyable. The wildlife and monkeys were a favorite for sure. Getting the adult only section was a great choice. Although, we enjoyed it so much we want to bring the kids next time."

" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"Our stay at Impression was more that I could have imagined! From the butler service to the ambience to the food/drinks. We stayed in the swim out master suite and it was AMAZING! They provided us with nightly turn down service and even drew bubble baths. Room service doesn’t bother you as they simply place your items in a cubby that’s accessed through the room. We did frequent the main pool the most. Both rooftop pools were always packed but generally quiet. The main pool had live music everyday...
