"The hotel spa itself is fine but the location is just horrible and should be disclosed. It is set on the outskirts of the town on an industrial estate opposite a cement works and with a bottle bank behind. The room was fine. The restaurant was ok although they served the absolute worst tartiflette i have ever head in my 34 years of living in France. It was also rather expensive for what it was but the staff were charming. I would bot recommend it or ever stay there again."

"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "Staff were abrupt and dismissive at times. No internet WiFi available the entire week, similarly international TV channels. Pool was cold when we arrived. Food has gone down in quality - and quantity since my last visit. Breakfast is very average with fried eggs which “bounce!”. For a hotel with a high price point, I’m not sure it his the mark is should do. "

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...
