Terrible Stay. Look For Something Else!
When I arrived at the property and saw my room, I was in shock because it was nothing like the pictures online. The room was terrible and so small one could barely walk between the bed and wall. I went back to the reception and they apologized and said that it was a glitch on the system and that I actually had booked the deluxe room. The deluxe room was no better than their standard room and I told the manager that their pictures online were very misleading and I was not going to stay in the hotel at all. The manager then offered me an apartment in a building within the property and only because I had my family (wife and child) and because I arrived late at night I decided to stay in the apt. Problems throughout my stay which I still regret not going to another hotel: 1. Wi-fi pretty much non-existent. Never worked properly. 2. They advertise they have a gym but it is a joke. They have one beat up treadmill. That thing barely worked. I tried to work out in the morning and the machine wasn't working as I was leaving the place a man called me and said I had to turn the building's electrical breakers on every time I wanted to use the gym in the morning. What was that?!!! 3. I had to check out early, around 0525 (am), and found myself locked in the property and almost lost my flight. The parking garage was locked as was the door to the main building. Went back to my room called reception and no answer. Went back to the main building and banged on the locked doors.

Na nossa primeira noite tivemos que trocar de quarto pois choveu e alagou tudo!! Funcionários prestativos nos deram outro apartamento. Quarto bom cama boa . Hotel bom no geral. Piscina térmica pequena pra capacidade do hotel e fria.

Amei o hotel, quartos bonitos e confortáveis, café da manhã impecável (só acho que poderiam variar mais, ficamos 3 dias e os 3 dias tinham praticamente o mesmo café, nenhuma opção diferente do decorrer dos dias). Mas, isso não foi um grande problema, visto que era tudo ótimo.

Péssima Estadia. Não recomendo!
Estadia péssima, quarto no nível da rua, barulho de pessoas caminhando o tempo todo, ar condicionado não funcionava, mofo no teto, piso laminado todo descolado e o pior, cheiro de esgoto o tempo todo. Dormimos com cheiro de esgoto. No final ainda nos foi cobrado taxa de 10% de serviço. Detalhe: qual serviço? O único ponto positivo foi o café da manha! Não voltaria jamais, R$ 100,00 para a referida hospedagem é caro demais!

O atendimento do hotel é muito bom e rápido, são bem atenciosos. O café da manhã é bem variado e achei bem gostoso. Mas o que me deixou extremamente decepcionada foi a limpeza da acomodação e os banheiros, os dois estavam com o vaso com uma tampa menor, fazendo com quando nos sentássemos, encostássemos na louça, um HORROR. Quando tomávamos banho a água vazava por baixo do box, molhando quase todo banheiro. Além da limpeza do banheiro bem duvidosa. Fiquei bastante chocada com tamanho descaso, visto que a cidade recebe tantos turistas, e ter um banheiro adequado é o mínimo.

Boa experiência. Acomodações simples, porém confortáveis e funcionais. Café da manhã excelente, destaque para os funcionários do salão do café, muito gentis e eficientes. A equipe da limpeza também desempenha suas funções muito bem! Ponto negativo: a pouca simpatia dos funcionários da recepção do turno diurno.

Foi muito boa ...aproveitamos a estrutura....infelizmente nossa televisão não funcionou....e o único problema talvez seja até grave é a.questao do silêncio.....os quartos passam o som dos corredores pq os hóspedes não respeitavam a lei das 22h silêncio e os quartos passam barulho como.pela manhã todos ao redor despertando os telefones....somos clientes da rede mais não tivemos um upgrade como da última vez...
