"It was a nice hotel, very close to everywhere the only two inconveniences were. the AC was not cooling enough and the rooms where too small."

"The staff were very friendly and ready to help. I had to ask for some ice for a sprained ankle and they gave me enough for us two (and our drinks!). Upon check-in close to midnight, we were offered the upgrade and explained the situation and package well. We had an newly renovated room with an outdoor terrace, a minifridge, and electric kettle (good complementary coffee, tea, and a variety of sugar packets) close to the common outdoor pool! It was a bit too cold for us to take a full dip in the water but the lounge chairs were nice both near the pool & on our terrace. The housekeeping was also very good, fresh towels for our stay and they replenished the cotton pads without prompting. The bathroom was very very nice as well (waterfall shower!). Overall, we had an excellent stay in Barcelona also thanks to Catalonia Park Guell."
