"Such a pleasant hotel experience! The staff was beyond helpful and very friendly. There are both Japanese and western dining options at the hotel, as well as a delicious breakfast buffet. I would recommend at least booking breakfasts when you arrive as there are not many easily walkable restaurants, and the area is very hilly. "The room itself was nice. Very quaint. But the sink leaked, nobs on the shower doors fell off and ants were readily present. The property looked tired and rundown. I could tell at one time it was a modern type resort, however, time has not been kind to the facilities. Grass was overgrown, bushes were untrimmed, sidewalks were covered with moss and weeds.
