"I normally don’t write an unsolicited review, but Terra Caves deserves one. We stayed 2 nights here and Terra made it a memorable one. The cave was clean, yet modern. The service was great and attentive. We were able to leave our luggage with the reception after check out. They had complimentary breakfast and evening tea and snacks that were served upstairs with an amazing view of the valley. The breakfast chef Serdag made sure the spread each day was excellent, tasty and different. They even made eggs to order. Overall, a great experience and value for the money. Would definitely come back here. "

"Our check in started a bit rocky due to some housekeeping issues and not receiving the same room we had booked online, but after discussing with staff, they went above and beyond to make up for it. This hotel is quite amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and spa were good. You can be as busy as you want to be with all the excursions offered, or as relaxed as you want to be here right at the hotel, we had a mix of both and it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel and if you can get the Presidential Suite, it is the coolest room we have stayed in for quite some time."

"The hotel is on a quiet street less than 5 minutes from the centre of Goreme. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are a little small and we found there weren’t enough plug points for 2 of us. The room was also a little dark there is very little lighting. Indoor pool is lovely. Breakfast is plentiful snd fresh. We enjoyed our stay "

"Great, spacious room. Within walking distance from the heart of the town, and even to the Göreme Open Air Museum. The hotel has one of the highest terraces in the city, where we watch beautiful sunrises, while enjoying some food and cocktails. The personnel were very cordial and helpful. Ask them for anything and they’ll solve it for you."
