"Fabulous location and room. Staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Room had fantastic balcony overlooking water, castle and church on the hill. It rained the entire day we were there, but our room was perfectly situated to still enjoy wonderful Portifino from our balcony. All restaurants nearby so very navigable despite heavy rain. "

"Great location and wonderful staff. Hotel is near everything and has a little beach outside. Close to the train station for those short trips to other towns. Stayed 5 nights for a wedding and every day our room was cleaned and towels replaced. The WiFi was inconsistent in the room and you had to go near the bathroom to connect. "Excellent hotel, very much a 5* experience. The Spa and rooftop restaurant are well worth a visit. There is a nice walk along the coast line to get to the local town. We were disappointed to be told upon check-in that the rooftop restaurant was already fully booked on the night we wanted to go. We should have been given the option to book earlier. Cleaning staff don't respect the do not disturb light. On all days they entered the room whilst we were at breakfast and made us wait to enter once...
