The safe in our room wasn’t working, and although we asked the elderly man who appeared to be the only staff member on duty to fix it, he never did. To make things worse, when we returned from a party at around 2 AM, the signboard light had been switched off, so we couldn’t find the hotel easily in the dark. There was also no one at the front desk to assist us."
