"This property is owned by a local family who takes pride in their establishment. The rooms are affordable, clean, comfortable, and functional. The beds are fantastic! Family-friendly and perfectly located: just a short walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely LOVED staying here. Very much worth basing out of there to do things in Hopland, Mendocino, Ft. Bragg, Ukiah and Willits. The staff was absolutely kind and amazing. The price was an incredible value. Free secure parking. Dogs are ok for a small fee (notify in advance). I would never stay in Ukiah again at the higher priced hotels/motels after staying here. In room coffee. Cafe down stairs with complimentary breakfast. The only opportunity for the site if you can even say that is food in the casino...but I think they're working on it. I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and this time for vacation and I will be returning here again. Support the tribes, not corporate mediocre lodging. "

"The room was quaint. The exposed beams and hardwood floors were nice. The bed was comfortable. There was hot water every time we needed it. There was a coffee maker. However, there were a couple of areas that didn't seem clean, such as the shower and the mirror on the door. There was no microwave or mini fridge. There also wasn't a TV. There was no bar soap for the sink or shower.They are fairly inflexible with regard to cancellations and refunds within one week which seems unreasonable. Parking spots weren't clearly marked so some people parked one way and sent the other and it made for a very inefficient parking. Philo and Booneville are cute towns, but there is not much to do."

"It was a very beautiful and clean hotel. They were super accommodating, but the breakfast was as expected…nothing extraordinary. We were also super bummed the pool was closed because it was in the upper 80s during our visit."
