"The positives are it is in a great location and walkable to the beach and about 3/4 mile walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and clean. There is convenient covered parking and management company very responsive. The rooms are dated (older kitchen and bathroom) and the furniture was worn. I understand that some units are being renovated so that may help. We had plenty of room for four of us with two queen beds in a decent size bedroom. "

"My experience was great. This is not a

hotel, so make sure you have set your expectations appropriately. The staff are very friendly and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean, but dated. I have 4 stars instead of 5 only because we had a weird smell in our bathroom (I think it's because there may need to be some updates, not because it wasn't cleaned) and there's not much room to put anything in the shower, you have to put everything on the floor. I would definitely stay here...
