"Everything great except the room. We were given a room directly under the a/c chiller and it was impossible to sleep from so the vibrations We were moved with no fuss, which was great service. Just slightly annoyed to later overhear maintenance guys saying it was a known problem for that and the adjacent room and laughing that they would have given us earplugs and told us to turn our tv up and suck it up Breakfast just average, we only went there once. However restaurant was great, as were drinks and as were pretty much every server. In summary, if you don’t get room 345 or 347 and don’t have high breakfast expectations this is a great, clean, conveniently located hotel with great staff. "

"This is our second time staying at Compass. We just love it here. The staff is amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the atmosphere is everything we could want. "

"don't understand why people have a problem with online check-in. it's only slow because customers are not very smart. if you do the pre check-in it takes 2 minutes to get your key. whether there's a live person or a monitor if you're not smart it's going to take you forever. hotel is fine it's clean comfortable and in a nice location."

"There is an ATM on the main floor that is wired to a loudspeaker. We only had 1 night there but at 530 this AM somebody needed some cash. Every key this person hit was a very loud beep heard by everyone on the first floor and probably on the second floor. Great location and room was nice but no reason for an ATM to make that much noise."

"My room was clean, the common areas were clean and smell fresh, staff was welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. Breakfast was good love the waffles. Parking was perfect with shade thanks to the trees around the hotel. The view was amazing looking to the lake. We will be coming back. "
