"Hotel was undergoing a big update. Our room was newly renovated. Was very nice. Big enough, had a little kitchen and couch area and bedroom area. Almost a suite. Staff friendly. The lobby was being redone so stuff was moving around as they did work. But it wasn't loud, no biggie."

"Their pet policy is not accurate in booking details, upon checkin im told that the pet is not allowed in the room alone, you must be there with them or take them with you everytime you leave, which I can’t do and hence I had to cancel and find another hotel last minute after my arrival there, and take another uber to new hotel; I asked why the policy isn’t on the booking page and she said they “tell you when you check in” at which point it’s already too late, I’m there and booked, that info is necessary on the listing"

"Parking in the garage made things so easy, the unit was as presented--very comfortable, clean and relaxing to be in while we were there. Our stay was short, so we didn't use the laundry, but for an extended stay or for one that included lots of outdoor activity, the laundry would be a big plus. The Belmar area has lots of great stores and restaurants, and our trip to Red Rocks was a highlight. Great area, nice place to be while there."

"Property was very accessible and had lots of room. Cleanliness could have been a tad better. We loved having washer and dryer access. Beds were very comfortable. House was just in very good condition and it was safe and comfortable. "

"Great place and host. I'd definitely stay again. It's important to note that it does NOT have a washer/dryer (despite the current listing saying it does). I recommend taking short, low-flow showers. I like strong, hot showers and the water ran out partway through my first shower."
