Pleasantly surprised. This was my first hostel experience, the staff were wonderful, EXCELLENT customer service, and it was very clean. The amenities were nice, very cute patio. The bed was really comfortable, overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful building and very clean. Staff were so nice, and they have lots of discounts on local businesses nearby (including the parking). The rooms can be very hot since the ac is controlled by the front desk, but there are fans in the room and you can ask the front desk to lower the temperature.

Third time staying at this hotel. It is such a fabulous place. Convenient location to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Broadway.
