"My first day, my air conditioner was not working. I had two different maintenance come in to try to fix it. I asked if I could have a different room but I as told they would fix the air conditioner. It was making a loud noise and it was hot. Second an older lady housekeeper, used her key twice to just open my door to come in without knocking. She had the audacity to walk all the way into the room. Mind you I was changing!! I let the manager/district manager know she did this the first time. He ignored it and the second time she did that I told her respectfully to knock. She got upset with me. The hotel was dirty, the pool area was too. I had to repeatedly ask for towels for the pool. The person at the front told me to return the towels to the front office when I am done with them. The drainers in the restroom were clogged. My stay was horrible. "

"I would give this place a overall 4 stars I Loved my room it had microwave and a fridge LOVED IT. I was snowboarding for the week so that was definitely a plus for me I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THIS SPECIFIC REASON . NOT All rooms have a microwave I WOULD like for ALL rooms to have them (FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE) Friends of mine did not have a microwave so that was a bummer for them. Please hook up all the rooms with that combo "

"Parking in the garage made things so easy, the unit was as presented--very comfortable, clean and relaxing to be in while we were there. Our stay was short, so we didn't use the laundry, but for an extended stay or for one that included lots of outdoor activity, the laundry would be a big plus. The Belmar area has lots of great stores and restaurants, and our trip to Red Rocks was a highlight. Great area, nice place to be while there."

"Property was very accessible and had lots of room. Cleanliness could have been a tad better. We loved having washer and dryer access. Beds were very comfortable. House was just in very good condition and it was safe and comfortable. "
