Had a few hiccups at the start with the room, was dirty in areas and missing basic essentials but they were rectified swiftly . Staff were fantastic which made a big difference . Would suggest for future that all rooms come with the bare basics of rubbish bags , washing liquid , scrubbing brushes etc

The apartment was advertised with air con in the bedrooms which is not the case - I would not have booked an apartment without air con in summer - false advertising The living room was not clean on arrival with sunflower seeds all over the rug The cleaning staff should clean the vacuum between stays The cleaning staff should also empty the water in the dryer The bathroom sink in the ensuite was clogged Amenities of the premises including the pool was good

A wonderful stay in their two bedroom ocean view apartment. We were taken away by the beautiful views and ocean breeze. As well as how spacious the apartment is, this was great with two teenagers and a toddler. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Located nearby to surfers paradise amenities and just a few meters from the beach. Teenagers have requested that this is where we should always. stay when coming to the Gold Coast.

This was a great spacious unit in a great location with quick walkable access to the beach and only minutes away from restaurants/bars/grocery/shopping. The view from our unit was spectacular…beach, city and night city lights. The staff was friendly and assisted with any needs. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

An amazing place to stay! We booked an apartment on the 24th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, mall, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist. Everything about this stay was exceptional—couldn’t fault a thing!

Great place to stay. 2 bedroom apartment huge and spacious.A short stroll to the beach and all restaurants in surfers. Kids loved the pool and spa. Great friendly service, quick easy check-in and check-out. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit the Gold Coast

We enjoyed our staying. The place was quiet. It was a great view. The feedback i would give is, please fix the doors as they are really noisey and locks broken. Fridge and amentities were up to standards.

Apartment had a great view but could use more attention to cleaning. Microwave and oven were dirty. Under beds had not been cleaned. Dust around all the lights in the bathroom, some mould in the shower. All doors were difficult to lock. Great apartment layout though and the view was incredible. Apartment includes all the mod cons you would require and the full kitchen was handy. Bathrooms were a good size as were the bedrooms. Unfortunate that there were two major construction sites close by which were very noisy early in the morning and through the day, but not the fault of the hotel. May have chosen elsewhere had I known about the close by construction. So it would pay to ask when looking for a place to stay. Staff were lovely and the pool and spa and sauna were wonderful. Very clean shared outdoor areas. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed that one of the toilets in our apartment was broken so we could not use it. Not happy to have paid for two bathrooms but only able to use one. Accomodation was very close to the tram which was wonderful.
