Great for quiet get away

From the entrance to the room everything was overall neat and tidy with a great modern feel. Pool was good the only downside was that we had extra family visit us at the room and Our voices from the laughing echoed throughout the apartments so not recommended for loud groups. Best choice for a quiet relaxing getaway with amazing city view from a decked out balcony. Beds were so comfortable and kitchen had everything with a joint laundry. The showers were good just needed mats on the floor and the apartment was Close to everything we did the theme parks and the drive was 14 mins to movie world and only 9 to SeaWorld great location it’s a must stay apartment next time will do it without the kids hehe

One bedroom has quite a lot of mould. Also mould build up in the aircon vents. Otherwise the property is very clean and the amenities are great. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen. Beds are very comfy. Property Manager is friendly, professional and efficient. We would stay here again if the mould issue is rectified.

We were hoping for a comfortable stay at this apartment. We were happy with Christie who gave us a prompt follow up call and helped us to do the early check in. The location was good and easy to access to surfers paradise. Apartment had good security and free parking. However we were really disaapointed with the following. As mentioned in the web free wifi was never given. Toiletries and cleaning materials were initially provided only for the first day. We had to highlight what was promised in our confirmation email and then the stock was given rest of the days.The cleanliness in the rooms was not upto the mark. We had to spray to get rid of spiders and bugs in the bedroom. The quality of the beds not up to the mark. We were told that within a day internet issue will be resolved but it was never resolved. I suggest in future dont over commit. Please be specific on the facilities provided. I understand that even host was not aware until we informed her that we were family of 4 adults and 4 kids checking in to arrange for the extra linen and beds.

We liked the location and the apartment layout was good . Did not like few things like cockroaches everywhere all through apartment and few light globes blown , NO INTERNET !.... some pots used for cooking rusted and one bedroom had a bad smell ...

We liked that this property was central to Surfers Paradise and was well maintained and had great amenities. Christie was lovely to deal with and was a pleasure staying there. We will definitely return next time.

Trouble with using phone in the apartment, no internet service, remote controls for TV's did not work, there was no tea towles, cleaning cloths or hand towles, patio overgrown and leaves everywhere. No clear insructons on how to get access to the apartment.

Thank you to Christie who hosted us, she was great. We loved the place and really enjoyed the stay, however we wondered whether some items were washed such as the bed linen which was still dirty. Other than that some items that were broken when we first came in were fixed fast and overall satisfied thank you.

I loved the decor of the apartment! We used the swimming pool everyday which was a nice way to keep cool at the end of a hot day.

We were promised that there were enough beds for 8 people, however there was only enough beds for six people. There was not enough mugs and cups for everyone and we were promised that there were enough facilities for eight people, however this was not the case. Very disappointed with our experience, not worth the money.

日本出発前に、サイトにあったとおりチェックイン時間についてホテルにメッセージを送り、その3日後にバンドール入りしましたが、その時間に管理人が現れず、とても困りました。 仕方なく街へ出て、サーフショップでボードをレンタルするついでに電話を借り連絡しましたが、レンタカーも無く、英語が話せなければ、かなり辛いシチュエーションだったと思います。 改善が望まれます。 また、チェックアウト時には、食洗機の食器も全て戻すとか、タオルにメイク汚れをつけないなど、結構うるさいルールがあります。 また、プールが汚いと他の住人も言ってました。
